BRUSSELS (Reuters) – European Union foreign ministers did not consider on Friday activating a dispute resolution process under the nuclear 2015 deal that might cause restored United Nations sanctions on Tehran, the EU’s top diplomat said on Friday.
” We haven’t talked about whether it needs to be activated or not,” stated Josep Borrell, who chaired the emergency situation meeting of EU ministers. “We want to preserve this deal and for that we need Iran to meet its commitments.”
