Cops canvassing a Missouri neighborhood on Wednesday made the supreme “cooling” discovery: a freezer loaded with a dead man’s remains.
Private Investigators from the Joplin Cops Department were looking into an arson and burglary that occurred on Nov. 5 when they got a tip that a departed individual was in a house just a couple of doors away, a spokesperson for the department told Fox News.
Authorities executed a search warrant for the residence and found a man in the freezer.
An autopsy is being arranged and his identification is being withheld as authorities get in touch with the near relative, police said, including that the investigation is continuous.
Cops are encouraging anybody with info about either the arson or the dead body to call authorities.
