Authorities have determined a child killed in a triple shooting in Kansas City, Mo. as a 1-year-old young boy, making him the city’s youngest murder victim this year, authorities stated.
Tyron Payton remained in the back seat of a cars and truck with three adults when somebody opened fire on their vehicle Monday afternoon, authorities stated. The driver of the bullet-riddled automobile sped to a local station house to ask for help, authorities said.
