Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said police reacted to a medical facility in late October 2018 where a woman was being dealt with for third-degree burns over 21 percent of her body, several facial injuries, and a lacerated liver.
The female told cops that Jones had actually taken her to a home in Indianapolis after accusing her of being accountable for the disappearance of a “bundle,” the Indianapolis Star reported

En route home Jones supposedly called Madden and informed him to “get tool chairs and go to the basement,” according to the paper.
Mears said the female was dragged into the basement, handcuffed to a pole and tortured. He said Jones and Madden beat the lady and threw boiling water on her.
” The torture inflicted on this young woman is unimaginably cruel,” Mears stated. “The survivor showed excellent strength by testifying at trial. That ultimately led to these men being held accountable for this heinous criminal activity.”
