Democrat governmental confident Michael Bloomberg is pledging to designate pro-gun control judges if elected to the White Home.
Bloomberg revealed this promise in a December 1, 2019, Chicago Tribune op-ed.
He composed, “As president, I will select judges who understand that the 2nd Modification enables typical sense limitations on weapon ownership.”
On November 11, 2019, Breitbart News reported a few of the “good sense” weapon controls Bloomberg and his weapon control groups, Everytown for Gun Security and Moms Demand Action, support. They include criminalizing personal gun sales by means of universal background checks, banning “assault weapons,” banning “high capability” magazines, broadening the prohibited buyers’ list for gun purchases, putting more anti-straw purchase laws in location, and introducing a war on gun programs.
He also wants laws that empower judges to issue orders for the confiscation of firearms, and his weapon control groups actively oppose nationwide reciprocity for hidden carry and the passage of campus carry for self-defense.
