Thursday on Spectrum News 1’s “Inside the Concerns,” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) predicted presumptive Democratic vice-presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) would be president after the American individuals get to understand her in the role of vice president.
When asked why Harris’s presidential bid was not successful, Waters stated, “Even though she had run in the state of California, she was not truly understood. It takes a terrible lot to get understood nationally. This is a huge nation, a big, varied country. So she marched on the nationwide scene to run for president rather quickly. Naturally, she had actually been in the United States Senate.
