Politics WASHINGTON (AP) — Home Democrats have revealed they’ll hold the very first public hearings next week in their impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump.
3 State Department officials will affirm in hearings Nov. 13 and Nov. 15, according to Home Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff. Schiff is leading the probe.
Schiff tweeted that leading Ukraine diplomat William Taylor, career department official George Kent and previous U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch will testify. Yovanovitch was ousted in May at Trump’s instructions.
Next week, your home Intelligence Committee will hold its first open hearings as part of the impeachment inquiry.
