Politics Graham Allen: In Attack on Barron Trump, Left Proves No One Is Off Limitations

The Left has done it again, reaching a brand-new low in their desperate attempt to remove President Donald Trump– showing that nothing, and no-one, is off limits in their attacks.

By now, everybody has heard about Stanford Law School Professor Pamela Karlan’s recent attack on the President’s 13- year-old boy, Barron Trump. Nevertheless, if you asked the traditional media, it was just an innocent “play on words.”

During your house Judiciary Committee hearing on President Trump’s impeachment recently, Karlan implicated the president of disregarding limits on his power. She picked to do so by taking a shot at the president’s boy, saying: “So while the president can name his child Barron, he can not make him a baron.”

Now, a few of you might be saying: “Well, it’s not that bad of a thing to say.” And while I will concur it isn’t the worst thing, I do think it opens the door to this concern: is there anything that is spiritual and off limits anymore?

I am not the only one to raise this question. On ABC’s The View, the hosts got into an extremely heated discussion about that really topic. Whoopi Goldberg led the charge, together with her favorite fan, Joy Behar, in tow.

So, you need to ask yourself: Why would anybody attack Barron Trump forward throughout an impeachment hearing? Why would The View feel the requirement to defend what is certainly complete and total disrespect? Since the left dislikes this president more than they respect morals and media norms. They dislike this president more than anything, and they will undertake any act to achieve their supreme goal.

It began the day after Donald Trump was chosen. They want to impeach this president, and they will do so no matter if there is evidence or not.

We need to hold ourselves, our political leaders, and our media to a greater standard than one that resorts to attacking innocent children for political gain. Regardless of political party or personal viewpoint of the president, we ought to all agree that Barron Trump must not undergo low blows solely based on who his daddy is.

We should all agree that kids are off limits. Period.
