On Sunday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Up,” 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) stated President Donald Trump is a “extremely small guy,” who is developing a diplomacy crisis in Iran.

Booker stated, “We have actually seen a drift of war powers given that 2001’s authorization on use of military force. And this isn’t a best or left issue. Republican, President, Bush, Democrat President Obama, you’ve seen the expansion of war presidents now, which is undermining our constitutional checks and balances.
