This week is Thanksgiving in the U.S., a time when families collect together to eat generous amounts of food and calmly hate each other, like pre-gaming for Christmas.
Thankfully for those burdened the massive task of preparing a Thanksgiving feast, the host of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert mentioned that they could just begin the preparations early and bring the food along on their flight.
” According to the TSA, you can bring your Thanksgiving turkey on a plane. Just inform them that’s your psychological support meat,” stated Colbert. “When it comes to other Thanksgiving foods, pies or cookies are permitted right in your carry-on, gravy and cranberry sauce can go in your examined luggage, and corn pudding can go straight to hell.”
Colbert likewise examined the current Democrat to reveal they are running for president, offering additional juice for the political arguments that typically marinade Thanksgiving turkeys. Billionaire Michael Bloomberg was Mayor of New York from 2002 to 2013, but just apologised for his stop-and-frisk policy which “disproportionately targeted black and Latino males” last week.
” He took a long, tough appearance at his past choices, did some agonising reappraisal, and realised that in his heart, he ‘d truly like to be president,” stated Colbert.
