The wait is over. The Chick Fil-A shade remains in the past. All that matters now is it’s Nov. 3. That indicates the Popeyes chicken sandwich is back. And it’s here to stay.
The complicated hype around Popeyes chicken sandwich– I just don’t how it’s better than a three-piece and biscuit?– has actually been spiked because late August, when it formally offered out. Up till that point, fans of the breaded and bread-wrapped chicken meal had been lining up in droves to get a taste of sweet Louisiana Cooking area bliss.
Why the enjoyment, you ask? Well, Popeyes launched a chicken sandwich for the very first time in its history back in August. It may come as a shock that the very best fried chicken joint in the junk food never ever even tried to take on all the lower chicken sandwiches out there, but here we are.
Popeyes swaggered in on social media and immediately caused a stir among the other junk food brand names, since corporate brand names having a character is a Thing in this age of Twitter. It was all going excellent for Popeyes, the genuine champ, till Shake Shack weighed in to remind everyone it exists.
All the online drama didn’t do much to deter Popeyes fervent consumers. Individuals still lined up, the sandwich still offered out. Popeyes promised more. Eventually, the business shared a date: Nov. 3. Now, the sandwich is back and Twitter, in common style, is freaking the hell out.
Houston Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson understands what’s up.
Genuine, though: people are extremely excited. For the chicken sandwich. (People! Get a two-piece! Or a three-piece! The biscuit alone deserves it! And you won’t fill on all that extra bread!! Likewise: get filthy rice on the side. Thank me later on.)
These lines are bananas. However this guy right here, you’ve got to appreciate his dedication to the bit.
Roy Wood Jr. has the only right take on all of this. BATTLE ME.
