A regional shawarma chain is introducing new measures to fight the spread of disease after being linked to an outbreak of norovirus recently.

Jerusalem Shawarma is increase its food safety procedure after Alberta Health Solutions stated the restaurant chain was linked to an outbreak of norovirus that left 123 people ill after eating food from the restaurant.
